In 2015, CRNRP completed the Cedar Riverside Townhomes providing a 4 new town home facilities in the heart of the West Bank and across the street from Augsburn College. The West Bank has a small concentration of home ownership and with the help of the Center for Energy and Environment, the Cedar Riverside Home Improvement Loan Programs make home ownership even more affordable.
For more housing options, the West Bank Community Development Corporation owns almost 500 units of affordable housing and is nonprofit entity dedicated to preserving affordable living within the community. In addition to their housing, they also manage commercial properties and space available for rent.

Where do you live in the West Bank?
Cedar Riverside Neighborhood is divided into 5 areas: 7 Corners, Plaza Area, Cedars Area, Cedar East, and Riverside Park. These geographical areas are used to ensure our Board of Directors is accurately representing the West Bank community as a whole.
